Women generally aware they're showing cleavage?

Yes & No, both. It depends.
I’ll give you two examples.

She is an actress during an interview. It doesn’t take long for anyone to notice her huge cleavage which is on display(In fact for some boys it is the first thing they notice, even before face). The upper part of her outfit is specially designed in a way to serve the purpose of exposing the breast area. She chooses to wear that costume and deliberately show her cleavage.
Let’s take another example of this kind.
She is an actress, during a photo shoot at an event. You can see, she is wearing a blazer and kept it half open. This, resultant , shows ample cleavage because of the neckline of whatever she is wearing inside. She has an option to close her blazer but she isn’t doing it. It means that she intentionally wants to expose it.
In both the above case, it’s almost impossible for them to be unaware of their cleavage show.
Now let’s see the other side of the coin.
She is a girl playing basketball. While dribbling the ball, she bends down which results in exposure of a bit of her cleavage.
Is she wearing anything in which she tends to expose? - No.
It’s the act of bending which put her cleavage on display. Her top isn’t low neck and if she wouldn’t have bent, no cleavage would have been shown to us.
So here she is completely unaware of her cleavage.
One thing I would like to act specifically, bending is a possibility that can cause the cleavage of a woman to display. Like here also:
And most of the time when a woman’s cleavage is exposed to view by the act of bending, it’s unintentional.
